Since you’ve landed at WomensNet.net, would you mind if we guessed something about you?
You’re a woman entrepreneur with an exciting business model. But you can’t seem to uncover any good funding resources for woman businesses owners. Lately, you’ve been searching the internet for anyone who can offer business grants for women. Yet even those seem hard to come by.
Well, the truth is they are hard to come by. Not impossible – as you’ll discover in a minute. But the problem with government grants for women businesses is they’re geared towards larger businesses that are technically oriented.
In other words, if you’re a woman who owns a IT Company, and you employ a few dozen people, you’ve got a good chance at a government grant to help women-owned businesses.
On the other hand, if you want to start a home-based business, or want to turn your grandmother’s recipe into a small fortune – or whatever your small business idea is – you’ll find it hard to get a grant.
Now for the good news! WomensNet.net specializes in awarding grants to women business owners like you. In fact, you can apply for our current $1,500 grant right now.
It all began many years ago when WomensNet.net launched the Amber Grants for Women, in memory of the founder's younger sister, Amber. She was the epitome of the woman entrepreneur – bright, creative, resourceful and always willing to help others.
And that’s our inspiration for helping women business owners like you. Let’s face it, a lot of capable women entrepreneurs give up on their dreams because they simply don’t have the support and financial resources to break through the barrier.
Here is how one donor to our Amber Grant fund explained it: “Too many women are told they can’t succeed in business, when the truth is all they need is a little financial assistance to launch their dreams… Just look at the woman from Urban Escapes. I think it’s wonderful how your grant helped her. What a terrific story.”
The donor was referring to Maia Josebachvili, co-founder of Urban Escapes. In July of 2009, Maia won our Amber Grant for Women. She told us the grant money was used to create a professionally designed media kit.
We’re thrilled to tell you that things worked out fantastically well for Maia and Urban Escapes. Within 15 months of her winning the WNN Amber Grant, Urban Escapes was sold to Living Social – a Washington D.C internet-based business that grossed over $100 million in 2010.
Of course, we’re not taking the credit for her huge success. But we’d like to think that every little bit helped. And we’re hoping her story will give more encouragement to women like you.
So whether you are an experienced woman entrepreneur, a new business owner, or somewhere in between – please don’t miss this opportunity to apply for our $1,500 Amber Grant today. We’d love to know more about you and your business ideas. It’s simple enough and will only take a few minutes of your time.
And just imagine what an extra $1,500 in FREE money could do for your business. We hope that a few short years from now, you’ll look back and appreciate how a few minutes applying for a grant changed your life.
To your success,
